also any white commander deck needs Condemn .
cards like donate which duplicate what your commander does seem to be overdoing the purpose without gaining a card in exchange.
My commander deck of the same ilk uses a variety of cards like Propaganda , Stonehorn Dignitary ( my favorite, which works well with the planeswalker you've chosen), Windborn Muse , Guard Gomazoa , Crawlspace , card:Norn's Annex, Collective Restraint , Ghostly Prison to keep the enemy at bay.
adding board wipers like Worldslayer or card:Nevinyrral's Disk could also come in handy.
To finish my comment I wanted to mention I am working on my deck and am in the process of changing it from it's current form (found here: Numot, the Devastator Commander) to one which uses either Zedruu the Greathearted or Ruhan of the Fomori (card helper not working for him).
I was play testing against my Ghave token deck http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/omg-bgw-edh-tokens/ and wanted to tell you about an awesome play your deck pulled off.
My deck was ramping up with Garruk, the Well-Cursed, a Grave Titan, and Ajani Goldmane. Your deck was a little mana dry and got out Zedruu and Jinxed Idol. Jinxed Idol was passed back and forth a few times.
I swung with several zombies, wolves, and grave titan and hit you for 20.
Next turn, your deck cast Reins of Power to take all my creatures and hit me for 18. (I used Zedruu to block the Grave Titan, so it'd go to the Commander zone. Then you cast Brand, acquired Jinxed idol, and sacrificed all the creatures that you stole. Pretty epic.
Here's what the fields look like: http://cl.ly/102b2Y1o3H0T3p2W2W3E and http://cl.ly/102b2Y1o3H0T3p2W2W3E
I don't know how evil you want to be, but Celestial Dawn can be pretty devastating. Also, Prototype Portal can be useful in copying all the deadly artifacts you're using (booby trap, ect.). Last thing (I promise!) Oust can be useful in setting up the booby traps. Also it's not bad just by itself.
According to the rules of Commander, you can only produce mana of the color(s) in your commander's color identity. Even if your lands are plains, they can't make any colored mana unless your commander is white. If they are playing a nonwhite deck, then their lands and stuff will only make colorless mana. It will be really hard to cast any of their spells.
