Here's my first revision, based on cards I have or will have soon. Pulled some cards out of decks I already have, to replace some of the other kinda expensive cards I dont already have.

So far it seems to work pretty well. Lots of mana ramp is needed to get to 4 mana as quick as possible, so you can cast your commander soon, and ramp more with it. And mana doublers are important for getting as much mana as possible to cast your X spells as big as possible.
