Keranos, God of Storms is at it again! In his neverending conquest to prove that Izzet isn't lame, he's teamed up with Chandra, the Firebrand and Ral Zarek to demolish moderately budgeted modern decks! The goal of this deck is to hold out long enough to play a game-changing creature like this:

In order to get to those cards, you'll need to fend off enemy attacks using Lightning Bolt, Lightning Strike, Vapor Snag, and Mana Leak. These low mana instants should help keep the pressure off of you long enough to get set up with one of your big creatures. Peek helps you see what's coming, and adds a tiny bit of card draw as well. Finally, Enigma Drake can be a flying blocker as early as turn 3, and its 4 toughness makes it resistant to most enemy removals.
