Maybeboard

Zada is here and things are about to go crazy. The main objective of the deck is to throw a lot of bodies in there, lead them to victory with Zada and her multiple spell copies. Usually, the deck will quickly overwhelm your opponents the first times, and after that, you may become the focus as soon as Zada is out.

I made custom categories for the deck and will explain them:

  • Boost: When your army is out and you have around 15 creatures, you can likely give the final blow to one or more players as soon as you have fifteen 4/1 with trample attacking someone.

  • Control: Because having some responses is still important. The cards are mainly wraths because if you need to use them, you are in a pretty awful spot and your best chance is to start over. The exception is Goblin Bombardment but if you have some tokens and a huge threat coming on board, you can take care of it. If you have a lot more tokens, you can even kill someone on the go.

  • DrawEngine: Drawing cards is essential to get your combos out and Zada can be turned into a fast drawing engine with those cards. Usually, you start drawing about 7 to 10 cards, and as soon as you do that, you might be able to draw your deck by generating a lot of mana, then drawing even more to create tokens with haste in order to perform a huge blow.

  • FreeBodies: If you are unlucky, you might draw 20 cards without getting the missing pieces for your victory. If it happens, you might even have to discard the excess of cards. 0 drops are here to at least compensate with your bad luck. It is a way to throw in some more targets that will get you to draw more cards later on.

  • Land: Self explanatory. I do not put lands into categories in order to always have a clear view of my deck based on its effective mana pool and its non-land cards.

  • Ramp: You gotta go fast, and by fast, I mean, super fast. What is best than creatures waiting for Zada to throw copies at them? Creatures that also produce mana in the process. You have therefore a lot of artifact creatures rather than just mana rocks in order to have an added value with your spells.

  • Support: Having copies of copies of copies is even more fun. That is what this category is about. That, and also cards that might protect Zada.

  • Token: This category is simple, you overwhelm the board with cheap little creatures that your opponents will not even bother to look at, except when you tell them that, thanks to those same minions, you are able to draw 42 cards and kill two people around the table and all that for 3 manas.

Feel free to suggest cards, as always, but don't forget that the deck needs to stay cost friendly and keep in mind the original flavors depicted in the description. Thank you for taking a look at my list and have fun trying the deck out!
