I wanted to make a ridiculous mono-blue deck to go with the sweet island sleeves I got from Magicfest online. Originally it was almost entirely counter spells until I realized I need some kind of win condition.

The idea is simple: slow opponent down long enough for me to get Alirios out and just keep blinking him for tokens to go wide. I also threw Enlightened Maniac in for the eldrazi horror tokens.
