A bulk of the deck is from The Ur-Dragon commander deck, however I added several other cards to m,e the deck way more powerful.

The mana base has been improved, several Dragons added, some taken away, all while mantaining a reasonable budget.

I added the best dragon, Ugin, the Spirit Dragon , he is pretty expensive but definitely worth it.
