So this is a budget version of Your worst fears are coming (Turn 4), so please go and check that one out as well.

The reason for green is because it does ramping very well, so it's the color I'm going with.

The main ramping cards in this deck are Arbor Elf to untap your forests and Overgrowth or Sheltered Aerie to make a forest give a lot more mana. The more enchantments on the forest, the more mana you get using Arbor Elf.

Once you have the mana you need, you need to get out the main cards of the deck: Panoptic Mirror with Worst Fears and/or Bribery. Diabolic Tutor can be used to get one of them out, or it can be used to get out Diabolic Revelation to get out all the cards.
