Endless amounts of creatures and mana and bullshit. I started playing Magic December 2018, and in January I built my first deck. Over the last 6 months, this is what I've built. It's not a competitive deck, it's largely just for funsies, but it does pretty good stomping everything except decks heavy on the creature removal, aggro, or board wipes.

The idea is to put down a shit ton of elves and ramp until you have Beast Whisperer and Prophet of Kruphix out. Once those conditions are met, spend the next two turns -- including your opponenents' -- assembling as much of the 38 creature ensemble as possible before swinging. If you did it right, they're dead. If not, that's okay -- just finish them off with Finale of Devastation or Hurricane, if you haven't yet.

What's that? Can't survive a Hurricane? Mimic a Nylea's Disciple and watch your life gain get bullshit. Need more draw power or wanna mill yourself out for fun? Mimic a Beast Whisperer! Have you decided swinging on someone with a horde of +6/+6 elves just isn't enough? Mimic a Murkfiend Liege and watch as your shit gets wildly too powerful. Need extra mana to flex on someone by dropping 50 into a Finale of Devastation and pulling out an Elvish Mystic to murder them with? Mimic an Elvish Archdruid! Opponent fucking you over with some rando bullshit creature, or has something with a snazzy ETB effect? You guessed it! Mimic it!
