Ever since I started magic, W/B has been my favorite color combination. Basically this is my attempt at making the best deck out of these two colors. Having elspeth in the deck used to not make much sense flavorwise, but now that she's dead, I think it works great :)

Anyway, The main goal of this deck is to use powerful cards to win the game with the support of heavy removal. We also love taking cards out of the opponent's hand. There is very little synergy in the deck because most of the cards are powerful enough that they don't need outside help.

Creatures

Lifebane Zombie used to be in the sideboard, but I had to move him to the mainboard because of the resurgence of green and white in the meta and also because he is such a valuable card in general. Even if I don't exile a card with him, he is usually great anyway because of being a 3 power creature with intimidate, not to mention that I got a peek at the opponent's hand. Sin Collector is similar great hand disruption in creature form. Especially great against control and in the mirror. Obzedat, Ghost Council and Blood Baron of Vizkopa are the main creature wincons, both are infamously awesome orzhov haymakers.

Other Spells

Whip of Erebos basically makes Obzedat immortal, so thats awesome. It also works great with Lifebane Zombie and Sin Collector as it allows for additional ETB triggers. The whip is definitely the most synergistic card in the deck. Underworld Connections provides some awesome draw power to stay ahead of the opponent. Thoughtseize is pretty self explanatory. Doom Blade, Ultimate Price, Devour Flesh and Bile Blight are the standard great, cheap, and effective removal spells. Hero's Downfall is immensely powerful, especially against the bant planeswalker decks that are popping up in the meta. Last, but certainly not least, Elspeth, Sun's Champion just wins games, period.

Matchups:

R/G monsters: very good for us. Its hard for them to get past the removal.

Azorious/ Esper control: pretty bad first game, but post board we can dominate. Duress and Sin Collector give them a very hard time controlling the game.

Red Aggro: this one is a little dubious. Their creatures can often get out of hand and sometimes they are simply too fast for us. It gets better in the sideboard a little bit with Nyx-Fleece Ram and Drown in Sorrow but it still hard to stay ahead, especially when the life loss from Thoughtseize is punished.

Suggestions are welcome. I mostly need advice on how to adapt post-rotation. I also need advice on the monoblack devotion matchup, as that does not seem fun for me. I was thinking maybe Aegis of the Gods in the sideboard for lifebane zombie? I was also thinking about going junk post rotations so I could run Garruk, Apex Predator and some other good green cards. What do you guys think?

Updates Add

so I went 2-1-1, which was ok. I borrowed a Brimaz, King of Oreskos and a Thoughseize from my brother and took out a Ultimate Price and a Sin Collector for the tourney. All in all, the deck performed well. I wasn't prepared for all the midrange decks out there, as my deck is much better against control post board. Courser of Kruphix was drawing tons of cards on the opposite side of the table, and I had a hard time dealing with it. The one change I made was adding another Banishing Light instead of a Sin Collector mainboard. There always seemed to be a good target for the light, and sin collector wasn't amazing against everybody, but it was pretty good, so I think it deserves one mainboard spot. Also I think I was on track to win the draw game, but we went to turns and I couldn't kill him in time :(
