Umm, your missing something; does Thundermaw Hellkite or Hellrider ring a bell? Or maybe Bonfire of the Damned ?
For now I'm trying put together this deck with the cards I have so Thundermaw Hellkite and Bonfire of the Damned is out of my options =(. But yea had been thinking about Hellrider too. Rush of Blood seems a bit too mana intensive =o
+1. My non-budget standard deck that I'm trying to put togethier is similar to this. The Standard Zombies. I like Falkenrath Aristocrat with Blood Artist but Hellrider is irreplacable here. I think you should use Blood Artist though. In a game where a single Thragtusk or card:Heroes' Reunion can disrupt your game plan terribly, you want to be able to get that finishing blow or wear tem down with desecration demon pings.
I like using Stab Wound in my sideboard because it can take out early threats like Lotleth Troll or Stromkirk Noble , and if your opponent is running a control deck, if you can't bring the damage through, Stab Wound will. +1

I was thinking of either Diregraf Ghoul or Lightning Mauler since haste on Hellhole Flailer or Desecration Demon is quite a big game changer. Or maybe I'll swap Rakdos Shred-Freak out for Diregraf Ghoul .
I love this build and it's a +1 from me, I don't even think u need Blood Artist but for a build where u don't want to spend a ton on Falkenrath Aristocrat this is perfect. I would suggest Stromkirk Noble but idk what u would want to take out for it. Play testing and trying out different things like U/W control and any deck that runs Thragtusk would be essential with this kind of deck.

Dude, for a budget list, this is awesome. I played a deck similiar to this at prerelease. desecration with fling is awesome, and hellhole for the fling next turn after an attack. i love it. deceptive and quick. +1
