I am attempting to create a Vorel of the Hull Clade EDH deck that is fun to play, competitive, fairly inexpensive. I know getting all three of these things will be tough but I do expect that I will not win every time.

Currently this deck is made up of cards I own. I would like to expand it to cards I need to obtain in order to make it more competitive. Some cards I am attached to and do not want to take out but depending on the reasoning of certain cards I may consider swapping or changing certain cards.

Please give me advice on what to change to make it better please and keep in mind I do not want to spend 50-60 bucks on individual cards.
