Hisoka, the sensei of old, teacher of students. And he doesn't allow anyone to interrupt his studies! Welcome to Hisoka's school. Now get ready for some math.

With Hisoka, I have a main strategy: draw and counter. Now using his ability is tricky, but I believe I have an alright strategy for it. By calculating the CMC of various other EDH decks, i've deduced what CMC's are the most common to find. So to capitalize on Hisoka's ability, i've included a simple list to hopefully always have a card of the CMC when I need it: 4 1-drops, 4 2-drops, 11 3-drops, 11 4-drops, 10 5-drops, 10 6-drops, 4 7-drops, 4 8-drops, 1 9-drop and 1 10-drop. Statistically, I should be able to counter anything thrown my way, but the deck is filled with counterspells anyway.

So far, I only have Psychosis Crawler and Laboratory Maniac as win-cons, so any blue win cons would be greatly appreciated! Also, if anyone has any better suggestions for certain cards, please keep the CMC's even. thanks!
