I am HYPE for Rivals and here I have assembled, best I can working with as close as I can reasonbly get to only the Ixalan block for flavor's sake (because at heart I will always be a filthy casual flavor lover) a rakdos pirates deck. The deck is a pretty self-explanatory aggro that wants to see lots of sideways pirates on your side of the table. Any feedback is very welcome, but it should be kept in mind I'm angling for a budget build here.
