Yeva!!! I have been working on this for a couple months now.

Combos:

Yeva, Nature's Herald + Seedborn Muse = Prophet of Kruphix (prophet is banned, so this must be over powered, right?).

Temur Sabertooth + Concordant Crossroads + Karametra's Acolyte or Priest of Titania = Infinite Mana.

Sword of the Paruns + Priest of Titania or Karametra's Acolyte = Infinite Mana

Infinite Mana + Temur can be used to win with Helix Pinnacle. However, I recently took helix out if the deck. Alternatively, it is useful to infinitely bounce all these cards:
Craterhoof Behemoth
Hornet Queen
Kalonian Twingrove
Avenger of Zendikar

Lots of mana + either Primordial Hydra or Genesis Hydra can also potentially win the game.

And then there is all the other ETB effects that maybe don't benefit from infinite mana, but A WHOLE BUNCH of mana is pretty good with them:

• Acidic Slime
• Terastodon


• Regal Force
• Elvish Visionary
• Wall of Blossoms
• Nessian Game Warden
• Greenwarden of Murasa
• Loaming Shaman
• Deadwood Treefolk

All that being said, getting Concordant Crossroads or Sword of the Paruns into hand isn't necessarily easy. Fortunately, the deck runs a fair amount of mana dorks, card draw, and creature searching (so you can find more card draw and other game winners).

Other combos are:
Temur Sabertooth + any ETB creature
...and my favorite in the deck, Nevinyrral's Disk + Jolrael, Empress of Beasts . I haven't pulled this off yet, but it sounds BRUTAL.
