At first it was supposed to be a agro control with Stalker Hag and Contaminated Ground but the idea changed along the way.. Then I wanted it to be a discard/exile deck.. now the main idea seems to be stealing stuff with Nightveil Specter with Gary as a support, since we have a lot of devotion.

What I need is some reliable way to put target creature on top of my opponents library, so I can take it with Nightveil Specter. Azorius Charm would be best, but I feel uncomfortable with 3 color decks..

Any help or insight appreciated.
