This is a preliminary run of the deck which is trying to jam discard, counter and land combos inside of a Primal Surge deck-building constraint. There's minimal interaction included in the list, but that will change over time as the deck evolves. Below is a running card explanation and combo list that's mainly just for me to keep track of what does what.

The only unconditional discard outlet for the The Gitrog Monster combo with Dakmor Salvage. Once you draw your deck you can win with either Thassa's Oracle or by sacrificing Noose Constrictor itself to Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord. I'm sure there's more ways to break this card so I'll keep a lookout (might need more discard outlets). Also a great enabler for Archfiend of Ifnir.

Archfiend of Ifnir (Tortured Existence, Generous Patron)
Removes opposing creatures. Pair with a Tortured Existence looping two creatures for an instant speed Black Sun's Zenith, or Generous Patron to draw a large amount of cards, or Yawgmoth, Thran Physician to put 2 counters on everything for . Pair with Tortured Existence AND Generous Patron to create this monstrosity: ": Draw X, where X is the number of creatures your opponents control". Or you can just cycle it.

Pretty straightforward - steal your opponents' creatures. Once you steal them you can sacrifice them to Birthing Pod, Greater Good, Yawgmoth, Thran Physician or Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord, or just bounce them with Thassa, Deep-Dwelling to permanently gain control of them.

Shefet Monitor
Instant speed land drop, card draw and source of discard. At its worst it's a 6/5. Loop with Tortured Existence for some ramp with spare mana. Considering adding in Sunscorched Desert as a tutor target to go infinite with the Sakura-Tribe Scout/Retreat to Coralhelm combo, but I might need a way besides Storm Cauldron to bounce lands to hand and my Cloudstone Curio is in Yeva...

Ulvenwald Hydra
Just an amazing card in this deck, although I try and fit the Hydra into any deck running . Searches for combo pieces like Oboro, Palace in the Clouds, Geier Reach Sanitarium or Field of the Dead. Can also be sacrificed to Greater Good or Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord.

Avenger of Zendikar
I mean, who doesn't run Avenger in a lands deck? Gets double ETB and Landfall triggers with Yarok on the field. The plant tokens boost Ezuri, Claw of Progress' Experience counters. Generates sacrifice fodder for Yawgmoth, Thran Physician. But mainly this just allows the deck to go wide, which it can't do reliably otherwise without Field of the Dead or Rampaging Baloths on the field.

Palinchron
Goes infinite with Zendikar Resurgent, Panharmonicon, Phantasmal Image and of course Yarok, the Desecrated. Gain infinite mana and draw your deck with Elemental Bond, Guardian Project, Zendikar Resurgent or Geier Reach Sanitarium. Or proliferate indefinitely with Karn's Bastion. Once you've drawn your deck, play Thassa's Oracle and win. Or play any combo and win, really. I think everyone knows what Palinchron can do.
