A first draft of a very dumb deck: mono-black group hug.

Main win-con here is playing politics/rattlesnake-ing up to survive into the late game and drain everyone out with Pontiff of Blight or Gray Merchant, or giving everyone so many tokens that they die to Massacre Wurm/Netherborn Phalanx/Deadly Tempest. Or just, like, attack with a ton of rats or whatever. Yargle beats is plan D-ish. Maybe even plan E.

"But antipopes," I hear you say, "Why not replace Yargle with Seizan or Erebos, who are already in your deck and actually do things that are on-theme and relevant to the game?" Because that's not funny. Yargle isn't really funny anymore either, but he at least has a meme status appropriate for leading this trash heap.

There are a lot of more functional alternatives for several cards in this deck. Will I play them? No. Being on-theme is more important than actually being appropriately-costed or whatever. I may end up changing this deck around significantly if I slot in Endless Whispers/Tombstone Stairwell. Maybe this deck will actually be functional and I'll end up spending time playing it. Who knows!

Cards in the maybeboard either got cut from this draft in favor of on-theme cards, are things that'll find a slot once this deck is more focused, are things I don't have at the moment, and/or are things I just didn't have room for.
