Flying is pretty cool, right?

Let's push that to it's limit.

===============================

[Deck Description Outdated, Awaiting Rewrite]

This deck is pretty straightforward - get your enchantments up, then get your flying creatures out. Or vice versa. Really, just do whatever you want, it'll probably work out in the end.

Pretty much everything that can buff a creature with flying is in here, along with some cheap flying creatures to throw out in a pinch (Healer's Hawk for 1, and the incredible Pride of the Clouds for 2).

In addition, though, there is a bit of a combo play (an expensive combo, but a combo nonetheless): Archetype of Imagination + Magus of the Moat . Not only are they useful on their own, but once you have both out, you've just shut down your opponent's ability to attack or block. Amazing!

For sideboard tech, Sephara, Sky's Blade makes an excellent alternative to Archetype of Imagination if you're not feeling the combo play (if this is the case, you can also optionally swap Magus of the Moat for an extra Jubilent Skybonder or Warden of Evos Isle). Additionally, if Gust of Wind isn't doing it for ya, you've got some alternatives: Winged Words for pure card draw, Aerial Assault for card removal and lifegain, and Rally of Wings to go full aggro.

UPDATES:

12/6/2018: Replaced Zephyr Sprite with Jace's Phantasm, since Phantasms could potentially become WAY stronger in the late game.

12/9/2018: Altered land ratios to better fit the deck.

12/14/2018: Removed both Darksteel Plates - the cards they're meant for (Archetype of Imagination and Magus of the Moat) usually die before I can equip them anyways. Replaced with an extra Favorable Winds and Gravitational Shift.

12/18/2018: Replaced Jace's Phantasm with Hypnotic Siren. The Phantasms aren't as helpful as I'd initially hoped, and the sirens have the added bonus of being able to steal away an opponent's problem creatures (hello, Hundred-Handed One). Also replaced Deluge with Counterspell, because tapping an opponent's creatures isn't all that useful in the long run.

1/8/2019: Replaced Hypnotic Siren with Healer's Hawk at recommendation of a friend.

1/11/2019: Replaced Wall of Air and one Magus of the Moat with Windstorm Drake.

1/23/2019: Added a Sideboard (Deluge x4, Serra Aviary x4, Spirit of the Spiresx4, Siren Stormtamer x3).

3/6/2019: Replaced Azorius Guildgate with Glacial Fortress.

3/6/2019 (2): Replaced one Mudslide with Serra the Benevolent.

3/7/2019: Replaced Cloud of Faeries with Pride of the Clouds. Replaced Sprite Noble with Warden of Evos Isle. Replaced sideboarded Deluge with Sprite Noble.

11/2/2019: Replaced final Mudslide with a fourth Healer's Hawk, just to get rid of the Red in this deck once and for all. In turn, replaced Mystic Monastery with Hallowed Fountain.

4/21/2020: Replaced sideboarded Siren Stormtamer with Jubilant Skybonder.

5/1/2020: Made many large changes, mostly to add in cards from Ikoria and M20.

10/9/2022: Replaced Hallowed Fountain with Prairie Stream to cut deck price. If you have the money to spare, feel free to stick with Hallowed Fountain!
