This is my first try at optimizing a list fully for a budgetless cEDH metagame. Xiahou Dun, the One-Eyed has a lot of wild graveyard synergies and interactions with other cards. He is very combo oriented, but he can can also be used as a value engine to bring cards back from the yard. There are several combos in here and I have highlighted some of the interactions in the description, but if you're unclear about anything feel free to ask or view the Primer in the References tab below.

In a way, this is sort of my attempt to revitalize my first ever deck with Toshiro Umezawa at the helm. My Toshiro list is much better suited for a casual meta, and now that my playgroup has increased in competitive level since we first started playing together, I am opting to retire my Toshiro list in favor for Xiahou Dun because he likes to interact more as a combo piece than Toshiro does, and having something in the Command Zone that can go infinite is much more inherently powerful to assemble a win condition.
