This deck is built 100% to take advantage of Xenagod's ability, giving one dude haste and double stats can make for some stupid turns.

The deck has a couple of suites of cards with similar types of effects:

Combat Damage Suite: Creatures that have an effect when they damage an opponent, most notable of these is Hydra Omnivore, If you can cast this on turn 6 with Xenagod out it deals 16 damage to each opponent.

Ramp: This deck plays Darksteel Colossus, it needs to be able to cast it.

Multiple combat steps: Xenagod says at the beginning of combat, that means with multiple combat steps he triggers multiple times, wombo combo with bear umbra and aggravated assault.

Draw: The usual, Greater Good, Momentous Fall Etc.

Utility: Hull Breach etc
