Stay under the radar and behind the scenes and subtly (or not so subtly) encourage the other players to attack each other while using rattlesnakes and pillowforts to discourage them from attacking you. This deck is meant to capture the essence of Sheev Palpatine in deck form, quietly manipulating powerful factions into war and coming out on top once the dust settles. Manipulate your opponents into damaging each other for you, or grind them under your heel if they refuse to comply. Utilize both rewards and punishments to get what you want. Offer the carrot at first, but be ready to hit with the stick if opponents refuse to be reasonable.
