As the title says, you just burn everything around you. This deck simply consists out of many ways to get mana and deal damage.

How to burn the world? Well to start off you need to make sure Xantcha is controlled by someone who doesn't easily find a way to remove her from his own board and would otherwise be able to lethally block our beautiful backstabbing spy. Now he hits others for commander damage (don't forget to keep track) and you can leach off of his health to draw cards and stab him every once in a while.

But, being the gentleman you are, you don't want her to do all the work right? And since there's more than one person to kill you need to make sure that everything you do affects everyone. The cards Xantcha brought you into your hands are now tools to deal consistent damage to everyone and punish actions that aren't as beneficial to you. If you want I also put in some ways to buff Xantcha and steal her in the maybe-board, so you can finish people off with commander damage while the rest slowly burns to a crisp.

It is very important to make sure nobody feels singled out or targetted, otherwise you easily become the main target for others, which isn't your strong suit to deal with.

Upgrades: If you want to make this beauty more competitive, I'd recommend adding 2 different combo's: the infinite lifedrain combo (Exquisite Blood + Sanguine bond and its alternatives) and any of the infinite or near infinite mana combo's. The latter gives you access to your whole deck and makes it easy to kill people with Xantcha and win instantly.
