I sat there brewing, playtesting, making adjustments, and emerged with this disgustingly perfect stormy wheely goodness.

Basically the idea of the deck is to ramp, setup a draw/discard damager, then cast Bonus Round, then go crazy casting rituals, wheel effects, and storm cards!

Rituals are very flexible in this deck. They can help curve out, cycle with Xantcha, keep a wheel chain going, or go under Isochron Scepter comboing with Paradox Engine for infinite mana and storm counters for your Aetherflux Reservoir/Tendrils of Agony/Grapeshot.
