Rosheen Meanderer can tap and add , but it can only be spent on X costs. Since he just got reprinted as an uncommon in Iconic Masters (and he was already cheap), I figured people might be wondering what to do with him as an EDH commander. If I get a copy, this is the sort of deck I will make.

Speaking of Iconic Masters, Thran Dynamo got reprinted at uncommon too. I included it in this deck list somewhat optimistically expecting its price to reduce to a more budget-friendly point. Also, I did draft one, so it's budget for me now.

That said, the plan of this deck is probably as expected. The primary strategy is to burn your opponents with X spells and abilities, most of which can also be used as removal. Thornbite Staff will untap Rosheen if you do remove a creature, so you can get some extra mileage from him each turn with that. And since he's a shaman, it equips for free when you cast him.

The secondary strategy -- or, perhaps, second primary strategy -- is to cast creatures that get bigger through X costs (mostly hydras), then attack with them.

There are some extra gems in the deck too. Kessig Wolf Run can pump a creature and give it trample. Thought Dissector can mill an opponent until you steal an artifact. Citanul Flute can tutor for creatures. There's some land and artifact destruction in there too.

Because it is such an aggressive deck, I didn't include much protection or recursion, though several burn spells have flashback. My thought is that there is enough redundancy that you really don't need to worry too much if a spell gets countered or a creature removed. Just draw that next burn spell and make your opponents pay.

Should be lots of fun and even win a few games.
