Something I've been brewing since Ixalan was released, and it seriously one of the most stupid fun decks I've ever built.I have built into it at least three wincons-Overwhelming Damage from my creatures from tribal boosts (see:Artifacts)-mass producing treasure tokens by means of artifact effects and dumping them into one of several powerful "X" cost spells-Revel in Riches winconIt's probably not super powerful but I just wanted to build a treasure spamming, pirate spawning nuthouse of a deck.
