WuWuWisp is my own, custom Tallowisp budget(ish) brew.

Its primary tactic is to continuously tutor for Temporal Isolation s (which is effectively Pacifism with flash) and use them to pin down your opponent's board while whittling down their life total with flyers.

Resilience to removal is another theme in this deck; there are 15 cards in total that can protect your creatures from removal spells, such as: Spell Queller , Drogskol Captain , Mizzium Skin , and...

Rattlechains is one of the strongest cards in the deck, allowing you to negate a removal spell while giving your other spirits flash. Once a Rattlechains is in play, you can also use Drogskol Captain s to negate removal as well as surprise your opponents with Mausoleum Wanderer 's and Kami of False Hope 's sacrifice abilities.

Tutoring Robe of Mirrors is a must if your opponent knows to remove Tallowisp . The most opportune time to cast Robe of Mirrors to this effect is to do so while a Rattlechains or Mizzium Skin is in your hand, as your opponent is likely to respond to Robe of Mirrors with a removal spell.

Aqueous Form and Ethereal Armor can be tutored to push through damage if you find yourself having trouble, while Curiosity and Sage's Reverie can generate card draw for grindier matchups; Rattlechains and Geist of Saint Traft are ideal targets for these auras.

I consider this deck pretty much done, but I'm still making tweaks. You can feel free to drop a suggestion if that's your thing.
