My take on the W/U Cipher Heroism Deck.

Use early drops with ciphered skills to get to crazy levels. Abuse the "may" portion of hidden strings to target your guys without tapping. SB is mostly defense against board clear and removal.

Ordeal of Thassa enchantment help proc heroism and nearly immediatly draw you two cards on the attack. Not bad for two mana.

I use fabled hero in the maindeck to play a more aggressive style. I'll sideboard them out for the wingstead if the opponent shows a really strong presence in the air. Along the same lines of thought is trait doctoring- an easy cipher spell that can be replaced with hands of binding if you run into a more midrange deck to help keep everything tapped down.

I don't use guildgates because I find them way too slow.
