BACKGROUND TO CREATION SKIP IF YOU WANTThis deck is originally from me snooping aroung the web finding inspiration for my 2nd EDH deck. Wrexial just seems to have versatility he is a great creature higher toughness for a usual 6 drop, most of the time he is unblockable because you don't see a lot of decks without blue or black (not saying it happens I have some myself), and of course his ability to play your opponents graveyard/library against them. I had just ripped through a box of gategrash and found out about cypher for the 1st time so it seemed to make sense UB cypher spells and Wrexial. I knew i needed to base my creatures off the same premise become unblockable and make the combat damage trigger abilities or cypher spells.

QUESTIONS

1.I am new to commander/EDH deck building so if there is better versions of any of my cards that would be awesome, ie lower CMC or higher card advantage etc.

2.Does my ratio seem right in respect to my land to non-land card, and creature to non-creature.

1. Is the fundamentals of this deck "good enough" in a semi competitive game (this is meant to be a subjective question)?

COMBOS Inkfathom Witch does well with Inkfathom Infiltrator or Blighted Agent.

Undercity Informer and Mortus Strider gives me one way to give me ammo for Wrexial.
