Wrenn and Her Parasitic Buddy

Oathbreaker Lands RG (Gruul)

Blazenitro

Maybeboard

A landfall deck with Wrenn and Six. I tried to focus on the long game with this deck, with the wincons being Field of the Dead, Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle, Sylvan Awakening, and Lightning Bolt with retrace stapled unto it. Technically, making opponents scoop in misery after multiple Wasteland triggers is also a thing, but I tend to go a bit easy on people. Originally, the signature spell of the deck was Harrow. However, I found grabbing needed lands with Crop Rotation is even stronger than it looks. This is my first Oathbreaker deck, so any tips on how to make this deck better in this format are welcome. Thanks in advance!

After some playtesting, I've switched things up. Sylvan Awakening felt out of place in deck more focused on abusing lands entering and leaving. I don't have the sheer amount of lands to make it effective before someone wins, so I took it out. Mass land reanimation felt like it needed more of a place, so World Shaper and Splendid Reclamation made the cut. In order to truly take advantage of this deck's playstyle, the ability to play multiple lands turned out to be more important than I thought. With that in mind, Azusa, Lost but Seeking and Exploration made the cut. Burgeoning lets me do things on other people's turns, which is cool, especially because its not impossible to always have a spare land in hand. This is the reasoning behind not just replacing it with Exploration. I'm sure anyone who was here before wondered why Ramunap Excavator wasn't in the initial list, and that's because I foolishly thought there was a such thing as too much redundancy towards that effect. There isn't.
