A deck built around splinterfright and wreath of geists

I have never made a modern deck before, but I really wanted to try one that was different and janky. Even if it isn't really competitive.

The purpose is to have as large a creature as possible by self-mill. Right now, my max is a 36/36 Splinterfright turn 4. I have also had Jace's Phantasm doing 5+ damage on turn 3 a few times.

I am looking for ideas to make the deck less fair, and to have more interaction. Right now, it is completely shut down by graveyard hate, obviously. It also does not perform consistently. It can usually get lethal by turn 6-7, but that is too slow.

I have also toyed with making it g/b for cards like grave strength, and grim flayer

Any ideas and recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
