Strengths

SPEED: manaramping to get Wort onto the battlefield and casting multiple spells
CARD DRAW: plenty of spells cause you to draw cards or tutor land cards (so each draw increases the chance for a good card)
BOARD CONTROL: through removing threats from the battlefield
TOKENS: within no-time it's possible to have an army of small creatures
NON-COMBAT DAMAGE: evade creatures through cards like Guttersnipe and Fall of the Titans
RECOVERING: board wipes and commander hate is quickly overcome with enough mana at your disposal

Threats

ALTERNATIVE DAMAGE: protecting yourself goes through creatures only, there's no lifegain in this deck
WEENIE / TOKEN HATE: although recovered quickly, your creatures are prone to be destroyed
DAUNTING: opponents see Wort conspiring red spells, so they might take precautions
