This is a janky, but fairly cheap standard deck I am building just for fun. Looking to try standard, and when Tree was spoiled, I thought it was neat, but adding Soul Separator gives us an alternate win con with cheap skulk creatures. Add in some removal to keep the board clean until you can play tree, and if tree dies or gets countered, soul separate and skulk in for the win. Of course, using Triskaidekaphobia and tree is also efficient, and perhaps skulkers can get an opponent close to 13 before Phobia hits the field, meaning we won't even need the tree. However, if Phobia is taken out, soul separator and tree is the backup plan.
If you don't want to cast tree, just use Heir of Falkenrath to discard it, than soul separate it. Falkenrath also buys us time against flyers if need be. Since a large chunk of our creatures are only one or two mana, there's a chance we could flip Westvale Abby fairly quickly and give us a large body on the field.
Sideboard is built to totally change gameplay style if need be. Mindwrack gives us a heavier flyer to work with. The triads of Graf Rats and Midnight Scavengers gives us good graveyard recursion with a good chance of building a large 5/6 threat. Cemetery Recruitment can be used if you Murder a good creature an opponent had to use to give us some more aggression. And the Pariah gives another discard engine to use effects of other cards to return from the grave, or to attempt to soul separate. Lily gives us possible removal and more graveyard recursion.
Obviously, this isn't built to win tournaments, but with luck it might do well at an FNM.
