Goblins aren't great in EDH. Or, maybe it's better to say that attacking with a huge board isn't great in EDH. Ghostly Prison is often enough to brick a go wide deck.

But I love goblins so here's a goblin combo deck.

Gerrard, Weatherlight Hero can act as a combo piece but usually just gives you the extra oomph you need to get to the combo. With an Ashnod's Altar / Phyrexian Altar and a token generating creature you can essentially ramp with him.

Black gives you more combo pieces/tutors so swapping out Gerrard with Vial Smasher the Fierce and a Boros partner could be an option. But the ability to sac your board of token generators for mana, bring them all back, and do it again, really helps you turn the corner early.

There's so much overlap with the combo pieces in this deck that it isn't a big deal if one gets taken out. But I think there's still a lot of room to experiment.
