UPDATE: I have removed all Pre-Ixalan cards from this deck due to the schedule of what sets are legal in Standard. As of October, The sets before Ixalan will no longer be considered standard Format, and so I want to keep with the times to keep this deck as relevant as possible. Coincidentally, I've recently looked at the spoilers for the Core 19 Set coming up, and screamed like a little baby girl when Guttersnipe was confirmed to be in it. As such, he will be an essential part of this deck to maximize damage. SO if you have any suggestions on cards to throw in for the maximum burn, make sure they are from the Ixalan sets or Dominaria (Or even Core 19 if you gaze at the spoilers)
Heyo! This is my stab at a Budget Burn deck for Standard, that I'm trying to make as tournament-worthy as possible.
With just 20 Life in Standard format, without a bunch of control to counter the instants and sorceries, this will take life fast, and you're likely to get a Primal Amulet, which will cheapen your Instants and later allow them to be copied (There's 4 to ensure that you'll have an untransformed and a transformed one. Note you don't have to transform the Amulet when you have enough charge counters. That way you're copying spells and keeping them cheaper.
When it comes to the different deck types of magic, I'm sort a Jack of all Trades, Master of None. So I could definitely use some pointers on this first build, stuff to let it do good in a tournament setting that kind of stuff. I am keeping this at the $50 Budget (Would be 30 but Chandra Planeswalker is far too amazing to pass up) so keep that in mind when wanting to suggest I run 4 Mox Ambers for the ramp
Also I wanna keep the Deck size at nowhere more than 70, so suggestions on what cards don't pull their weight here is GREATLY appreciated.
