I have always enjoyed making interesting aggro decks that are dirt cheap. The only thing in this deck that costs money is the steam vents which you can replace with basics to save $50 and the sulfer flats to save another $20.
Total cost with only basics is $30 and you will be able to place well in standards.
I might replace crash through with light up the stage but I need to conduct further testing to see what is more consistent and how often I am chump blocked.
If you manage to get beamspliter and Dreadhorde on the field it is quite fun. Get 4 casts out of a single 1 cost spell by targeting beamspliter.
Then if you have Burning Prophet you can scry until you hit the perfect card or just enjoy the +1's.
Wee and Cinder Wind just finish the game for you if you start casting anything with them on the board.
The sideboard is basically evasion, ping for token/aggro decks, and thud if they have you unable to attack so you just toss a pumper at them in frustration.
I am sorry I haven't explained how to play the deck very well, I enjoy building them more than anything. If enough people like this then I will start to post my older budget builds.
