The First Question you ask yourself when you open this list is obviously:

Why Wither over Infect? Infect is the superior Version of Wither!

That is true, but Infect paints a bigger target on your back while Wither is just an awesome way to get rid of the indestructible creatures or big creatures in general.

Sek'Kuar, Deathkeeper is the Commander for 2 Reasons:

Most of the Wither Cards are Jund Colors

He creates Token that can get Wither themselves

The Non-Wither stuff in the Deck is mostly from the Lorwyn-Shadowmoor Block to keep the Artstyle close together.

The Magical Christmasland Combo is Blasphemous Act + Everlasting Torment + Necroskitter (or Chain Reaction).

Cauldron of Souls can force -1/-1 onto Enemy Creatures to steal them later or combo of with the other cards that care about -1/-1 Counters.

Everlasting Torment + Melira, Sylvok Outcast makes my Creatures immune to any Damage
