A Witcher themed edh deck I've been working on for a while and would love feedback on :)

Largely inspired by Witcher 3 Wild Hunt, it is essentially a Voltron style deck that I feel captures the feel of characters and the style of the game I tried a simple formula to it: Legendary Creatures were 'human' or equivalent characters, while planeswalkers represented mages or certain characters. Then, aura's were signs, and equipment was, well, swords etc. Vorthos decks can be a bit tough to make but I'm happy with the attempt and how it feels to play. I'd love to see what people think :)

A rough guide to my picks on who represents what (Spoilers for Witcher):

Geralt: Mathas the Fiend Seeker. Simply put, Geralt feels like if he were a card, he'd be mardu. Along with that, I liked the style of the bounty counters, and being a witcher. I was happy that the colours gave me access to other stuff I wanted so Mathas seemed the best choice. Granted, he is a vampire, but I don't think I'd find a Human commander as suitable.

Ciri: REMEMBER: SPOILERS!!......Queen Marchesa:I was happy with this pick. Originally, Ciri was going to be a card like Danitha, but with her heritage and likeness to Geralt, Queen Marchesa seemed perfect. After all, she's the same colours as Mathas, is a 3/3, seemed to fit the idea of being like him, while having that Nilfgardian heritage style in the Queen part.

Yenn: Liliana Vess. I wanted mages to be planeswalkers, it made sense that they'd stand out from other creatures with effects. Yenn is one of gaming's most selfish characters, not a bad thing, but it meant she was 100% mono Black. So, it had to be Lili.

Triss: Chandra Torch of Defiance, If yenn is black, Triss is red. Triss seems more emotion driven, she acts through her heart. So Chandra fitted really well.

Avallach, Sorin Solemn Visitor. The mysterious elf! I wasn't gonna get a mardu elf walker, so Sorin did well. In character, they're both that kind of serious, looking at the bigger picture character, and the name solemn visitor is a nice touch.

philippa eilhart: The Wanderer. Philipa wasn't going to be in the original deck, but I picked up a wanderer card and it clicked. We don't know much about the wanderer but with the hat low, it reminded me of a blind master yoke. Same time, I liked the Yenn=black, triss=red, and philippa, the one most loyal to the lodge, was white.

Letho: Zurgo Helmsmasher. Not ideal, but thematically I liked the idea of another mardu legend to match Geralt. Letho is a fascinating character in the games and while Lambert or Eskel are good, they never seem to be on Geralts level, whereas Letho is. That in mind, I wanted a legend who was the same colours with a more menacing feel. Cue Zurgo. I had to ignore the subtypes for it, but I think it has a similar sense of character.

Vesemir: Odric, Lunarch Marshal. This one worked out well. The mentor character fits real well with Odric is both look and mechanic, he literally teaches creatures new techniques.

Zoltan: Sram, Senior Edificer. Another handy match up. Zolton's character is fairly different from Sram iirc, but at least there's the focus on weapons. Same time, it compliments the style of the deck so I was happy enough with this.

Vernon Roche: Tajic, Blade of the Legion. I had an idea that for certain characters I wanted them to be dual coloured, since in the game, characters often had their own agenda or allegiance. Tajic fitted Roche fine, brilliant soldier, and the boros was a plus since Roche is 100% boros styled.

Dijkstra: Kambal, Consul of Allocation. if Roche needed Boros, Dijkstra needed Dimir, but since that wasn't a possibility, Ozhorv fitted great. In the game, he is a middle man for whatever people need, often for favours in Geralts case, so thematically seemed on point. Playstyle, Dijkstra wasn't a fighter, so having a creature that stayed out of the fight yet still did damage was perfect.

Crach An Craite: Godo Bandit Warlord. This is the one I'm most meh about. I love some of the Skellige flavour and quests, but MTG still doesn't have a viking plane. Until it does, Godo does the job. Skellige is proud of its raids and Godo is a strong raid leader. ALso, I do like the flavour of Godo grabbing a sword for Mathas, in the same way Crach gives Geralt a sword.

Regis: Yahenni, Undying Partisan. Regis is one of my favourite characters, and I wanted a vampire for him. I had a few options, but decided on Yahenni. I liked the sac ability being a need to feed, and the ability to become indestructible fitted his own story.

Detlaff: Ob Nixillis, the Hate- Twisted: Another addition that wasn't planned. Real Simple, I saw ob and thought that looks a bit like Detlaff's final form. mechanically, it works ok with bounty counters too. I could replace him with Haunt of Hightower, and might, but for now,

Besides the legends above, some other things I threw in:

Witch Hunters: Bounty hunter, easy enough to figure out.

Monsters: Tetzimoc, and Butcher of the Horde: For monsters, I wanted creatures that killed, either my own or opponents, just for flavour.

Church of the Eternal Fire:High Priest of Penance, again, a simple enough comparison

Signs: Various aura's including Shield of Faith, and Madcap skills.
