This deck has been split between its win conditions into the decks The Madness of Wisdom and The Folly of Wisdom. I am still welcome to suggestions to this original, but I won't be actively play testing it.

Overdraw + Self-Mill Gimmick Deck.

Inspiration came from a few decks, but the idea mostly came to me while i was checking out this deck: Time For a Walk

Some cards are just here because I couldn't find a better substitute, so I am welcome to any and all suggestions.

One thing I noticed in testing the deck, is that anytime i come across a power based deck, like a hydra deck, i get squashed. I need some sort of deterrent, like Giltspire Avenger only i dont want to make this a bant deck, id like to keep it down to 2 colors for now.

Card Purposes:

Howling Mine, Dictate of Kruphix, and Overbeing of Myth all contribute to drawing as many cards as you can each turn.

Kruphix, God of Horizons to keep from discarding these cards (This could use ways to fetch it, or maybe a better replacement I'm not seeing)

Cryptic Command for countering + Prophet of Kruphix for less costly counter

Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir for anti counter and creature flash

Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, Azusa, Lost but Seeking and Noble Hierarch for mana ramping

Leveler and Jace, Memory Adept for Self Mill

and finally, all this done with Laboratory Maniac on the field = Win!
