The goal of this deck is to mill yourself with Hermit Druid and cast Scrap Mastery to bring back all of your artifacts (most importantly Candelabra of Tawnos, Alhammarret's Archive and Paradox Engine). Then, use all the artifact ramp plus Paradox Engine to sac Codex Shredder, getting back Dwell on the Past. Cast Dwell, shuffling in Songs of the Damned and Regrowth. Use your large amounts of mana to cast Lord Windgrace and recur Mikokoro, Center of the Sea. Use Mikokoro to draw both cards you shuffled back (thanks to Archive). Cast Songs of the Damned to generate ~14 mana. Cast Regrowth on Dwell, and repeat using Candelabra to untap Mikokoro until your opponents draw out.
