Well this deck takes advantage of how fucking broken ad nauseam is. In order for the deck to work, you must draw at least 1 ad nauseam and enough land or mana producing spells to cast it. Basically once you cast ad nauseam, keep picking up cards untill you approach near 5 health, because once that happens, it can kill you. At this point, you should have a pretty hefty hand. Cast a lotus petal, and start generating mana with everything that you can. With this mana, it is best to cast as many of the blood artists as you can whilst reserving seven mana. From here, cast all of the 0 costing creatures(throw in the x costing creatures as 0/0's, its beneficial for them to die) that you can and then killing wave paying one for the "x". Now presented with the option to keep you creatures or let them die, let all die but the blood artists. If this burst is simply not enough to kill a the opponent, then use the remaining five mana to cast another ad nauseam and repeat the above steps.
