Pretty simple deck, just get a lot of low cost slivers out and hit the opponent from the start. Once you get death touch and first strike then the game is almost over. Play Prophet of Kruphix and it is over since you can attack, untap and play cards with flash.

If you want the deck to be Modern legal then take out Muscle Sliver , Heart Sliver , and Tarnished Citadel then add the sideboard in.
