Welcome to a budget pirate deck,
The idea is very, VERY simple. Small pirates, that become powerful in no time!
They don't pose as a threat, until it's too late. The mana curve is low. Ultra low. The highest CMC, is 4. This doesn't mean though, that we will only be playing early game. As I told you, pirates are sneaky. Imagine giving flying to those sneaky cvnts. It gets out of control. We also have some removal( that's why we splashed white) and at the same time draw. Last, but not least, we give our pirates flying, with the cartouches and we give the flying guys +1/+1. To control the board, we have some good counterspells and that's all folks. Side-deck will be coming soon.
