This is my mono-blue EDH deck that originally started with cards I wasn't using, but has quickly evolved to be more competitive. The goal of this deck is to tap my opponents' creatures so I can attack and win with commander damage. I incorporated a lot of control to buy myself time until I can put my commander on the battlefield, but I also have creatures that will trigger because of it.
