Boardstates in Commander can get super complicated. So, to make things easier for myself and others, and as a deckbuilding challenge, I built this little number. On a budget, no less.

The game plan here is to avoid drawing too much ire from your opponents with your utter lack of field presence. That way, they won't see the need to attack you. But if they do, nuke their dudes to make them regret it. A fun little combo is Sickening Shoal plus Horobi's Whisper, which can kill two such foes at instant speed for free.

Another way to get the table to like you is to aim Nightmare Incursion or Card:Sadistic sacrament at the blue player and take all their countermagic. Suppress is also a neat anti-shenanigans tool. Or, if you want to go the more stylish route, use Worst Fears.

As for Kagemaro, he is to be used exclusively as a six mana boardwipe. The only creatures you need to win are tokens and those revived from your opponent's yards. Rise of the Dark Realms, Army of the Damned, and Empty the Pits are the biggest versions available.

The rest of the deck is mostly removal, boardwipes, and discard, with the occasional ritual thrown in for ramp purposes. It's a blast to play.
