This is, on Budget, a deck that seeks to get rid of the need for pilots and get strong Vehicle cards like Consulate Dreadnought online with no crew. Ever seen the movie Maximum Overdrive? It'll be a lot like that: sentient vehicles looking to mow down anything in their path.

Criteria

• Get Consulate Dreadnought (and other powerful vehicles) online ASAP.
• Use no (or few) Pilots/Creatures.
• Stay within 2018 Standard.
• Keep it a budget deck (preferably below $15, so goodbye Heart of Kiran).

Additionial Thoughts

Honestly, I don't think it works great, and will probably have to throw more creatures/pilots in. It also seems very vulnerable being mainly artifact and vehicles. But I really like the idea of a Pilot-less Vehicle deck.
