I got an idea from It's a Draw!! and decided to use Psychic Spiral to mill my opponents, but what's better than using Panoptic Mirror along with it to mill them every turn?

The basic idea is to get out Panoptic Mirror + Psychic Spiral to put your graveyard back and mill an opponent every turn. To do this, we need to mill. I didn't feel like the boring old mill 20 or whatever, so I opted for drawing to mill. a great combo is Breakthrough + Panoptic Mirror mill 4 each turn. Or shrink your hand size and draw 3 with Arcanis the Omnipotent, Forgotten Creation is also great at milling and works as draw.

The main thing to remember is to draw and discard to mill yourself so there are always cards in your graveyard to mill opponents with.

Seeing as most of the creatures have a use of making you discard, Fog Bank and Guard Gomazoa are there to provide protection.

I do normally make a budget version of my decks, but with this one, I don't think I can make it much cheaper.
