White Weenie Post Rotation (Suggestions Please!) (Standard MTG Deck)

Looking to build a cheap second deck that's more aggressive than my BW Enchantment. Help and suggestions are very welcome. Ideas to make it an even less expensive, yet still effective deck are much appreciated.

The strategy is to put forth a lot of human creatures who can go over the opponent with Cavalry Pegasus . It's pretty simple.

So my sister agreed to give me the foil Garruk, Apex Predator, so now I can trade it for two Elspeth, which will make this white deck much more viable. Suggestions please!!
