Mono Blue Commander. Theme-ing it with wizards and spellcasting shenanigans.

Using the 1v1 Commander rules as this is my competitive deck I take to tournaments. Averaging top 5 every week, only really losing to decks with even more powerful cards than I have at this time.

Main focus is dropping Teferi onto the battlefield and from there using his -1 in combination with The Chain Veil for infinite draw and mana. Or ramp for mana to either spell sling or swarm my opponent to death. Back up strategies are board control with Wizards or Planeswalkers.

With all the good cards that have come out this year, I feel like I'm losing focus or just simply in writer's block and can't seem to come up with a solid over all build. Any help appreciated. Especially with the Sideboard
