This deck is simple and straight forward. destroy lands. bleed them dry.
Smash in their skulls with Abyssal Persecutor.
Priest of Gix are early attackers that come out for free, provided you have the mana. It's not uncommon to get a first turn Dark Ritual / Priest of Gix / Rain of Tears or some three mana CMC land destruction spell.
If I am really lucky, Black Vise / Sinkhole with the three mana instead.
Royal Assassin and Damnation are for your opponents feeble attempts to fight back... and also killing the persecutors when you are done with them.

Worms of the Earth are just a nice way to say I own you now.
Abyssal Persecutors are beasts in this deck, just kill them when you are done making them wish they never opened their first booster pack.

I changed a few things around and took out the strip mines (I know, I know...) so I could play in tournaments. Thinking of adding a couple Phyrexian Obliterator when I decide to spend the $$$.
