Combine Haakon, Stromgald Scourge with Ashes of the Fallen and you can replay any creature from your graveyard, as many times as you want. Throw in some 1-mana creatures with sacrifice abilities - Death Cultist and Fume Spitter come to mind - and you can trigger them once for every mana you have.

Diabolic Intent and Smuggler's Copter draw you the pieces you need. Don't forget that the Copter and Nezumi Bone-Reader can let you discard Haakon if you draw him. You can bypass the whole issue with Buried Alive or Entomb, letting your combo pieces into the graveyard straight from your library.
